We expand our tree plantations every year and harvest trees for their leaves every 6-8 Weeks, ensuring we are increasing our contribution to the reduction in the harmful effects of greenhouse gas emissions. Our sustainable practices also see every part of the tree put to use in production of healthy products.

We plant our MO Trees in predominately neglected or degraded land which we then convert into a sustainably harvested and well managed forest. To date we have planted over 5 Millions trees.

With the use of MOBIOSTIM as a natural organic biostimulant or plant growth regulator we enable the famer to achieve a reduction in or replacement of chemical based alternatives (often at reduced costs). With its ability to improve nutrient uptake and a crop’s resistance to biotic and abiotic stresses, MOBIOSTIM has the added effect of reducing the use of chemical pesticides and fertilizers.

They can also achieve greater stability in crop production, with no off years, and can increase the rate of crop growth so harvest earlier. To date most of our plastic containers used to transport MOBIOSTIM are put to reuse as water carriers in local villages and for farm labourers. To help build a circular economy in packaging, we also recycle the containers returned by farmers.

The waste from the processing of our Moringa leaves in the manufacture of our products is recycled as animal feed, either in pulp or pellet form. Nothing of our MO Trees are wasted. MOBIOFEED and MOBIOVITE have shown in trials to increase cattle weight by 30% and cow milk production by 25%.

MO Academy will be established by MONUTRIX in Limpopo, South Africa in Q4 2021 and will be dedicated to applied research on Moringa, Agapanthus, Bananas and other plants for the benefit of crop health, production and protection, farmer incomes, communities, and animal and human nutrition.
